Ben has over 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and asset management. He joined Stablewood in 2025 and supports the acquisition and asset management efforts for all of the firm’s initiatives. Prior to joining Stablewood, Ben worked at Lionstone Investments as a Senior Analyst supporting the asset management of the firm’s West coast portfolio of office, multifamily, life science, and medical office assets valued at $1B. Prior to Lionstone, he was an Analyst at Capital Commercial Investments, where he supported the acquisition and asset management of value-add office assets. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
